One of the most rewarding aspects of our work here at STAL is when we’re able to breathe new life into much-loved classics.
Here’s our CADCAM engineer Luke sitting in our latest car buck – this time for a Bugatti 1956 F1 replica for a customer in Germany. We used our design skills in reverse engineering to build the model from old photographs and documents, and CNC machining.
The buck is now in the hands of the coach builders so they can create the bodywork for four replicas.
We look forward to seeing this iconic car in vintage car races on circuits around the world.
