Arts & Film

  • Character moulds. Family Guy’s Peter Griffin is a particular favourite of ours, and sits proudly in our MD’s office.
  • Full-size bust of Ironman for a marketing company.
  • Victorian era dumbbells for a theatre production.

Automotive & Motorsport

  • Carbon fibre headlight enclosure for a world-leading sports car manufacturer. We produced a prototype vacuum tooling fixture and machining strategy for first off part machining prior to deployment to production.
  • Racing car dashboard. We produced Epoxy tooling for a Porsche racing car dashboard which was then used to manufacture the carbon fibre components.
  • Laser scan and scale model of a circa 1900 Testaphone trumpet motor horn.
  • Polyurethane floormats for industrial vehicle cabs.
  • Spoilers for high performance 4x4s.
  • Vintage steam train chimney and petticoat.

Aerospace & Defence

  • Camera case. This involved machining fixture design and manufacture, and machining services to machine these delicate carbon fibre components.
  • Full scale replica model of the RAF’s Eurofighter Typhoon Aircraft, often seen on proud display at RAF air shows.

Food & Confectionery

  • Confectionery moulds. One of our longest-standing contracts is the production of confectionery grade PETG moulds that are used to produce chocolate easter eggs of various designs.

Home & Garden

  • Water feature for Jo Whiley BBC Radio 2’s RHS Chelsea Flower Show Scent Garden. We succeeded in meeting the demands of a very short lead time to design (from the supplied sketch).
  • Water tanks for houses and gardens.
  • Stone trough rotational moulding tools.

Sports & Leisure

  • Racing wheelchair boxes allowing Paralympians to transport their equipment and luggage more easily.
  • Rotational moulding tool to effectively remove excess water from wet swimwear.
